ASCENDANCIFY / ACCOUNT CONTROL

Delete your account.

Use the in-app flow or request deletion by email. You do not need to sign in to use this public email-request route.

1. Inside the app

Open Ascendancify, go to account settings, and choose the account deletion action. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps. Reauthentication may be required.

If you cannot access your account, cannot find the action, or the flow fails, use the email route below.

2. Request deletion by email

Email ascendancifysupport@gmail.com with the subject Ascendancify Account Deletion Request.

Use your account email if possible and include your username if known. If you no longer have access to that email, explain this so support can discuss ownership verification. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, verification codes, or other secrets. No fixed processing time is promised.

3. What deletion covers

The deletion process attempts to remove your authentication account and associated data from active Ascendancify systems, including profile/onboarding information, cloud training and movement records, QRI Balance, Lifetime QRI, reward records, and associated leaderboard identity and placement.

4. What may remain

Deletion is not a promise of immediate erasure from every system. Some information may temporarily remain in backups, security and operational logs, or where legal/security retention applies. There is no single published retention period for all records.

Some device-local preferences, files, Bible reading state, or history may remain. Device/OS backups may restore local state separately. Review your device storage and backup settings if you also want to remove local copies; deleting local app storage does not itself delete your cloud account.

5. Sign-out is not deletion

Signing out ends your authenticated session. It does not delete your account or local/cloud history. Uninstalling the app is also not an account deletion request.

6. Questions or a failed request

Contact ascendancifysupport@gmail.com for help or to follow up. See our Privacy Policy for more about data processing and retention.
